Banana Bread

Banana Bread is a classic baked treat that’s perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert. Ripe bananas add natural sweetness and moisture, while vanilla and butter enrich the flavor. It’s simple to make and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined — do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Tips
Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest, most flavorful bread.
Add walnuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit for extra texture.
