Beef Stir Fry

Quick, bold, and packed with texture, this beef stir fry delivers restaurant-style flavor in minutes. The combination of juicy beef and vibrant vegetables makes it perfect for busy evenings.
Ingredients
500g beef strips
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Pat the beef dry and toss it with cornstarch in a bowl to lightly coat each strip, which helps create a tender texture and slight crispness. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until very hot. Add the beef in a single layer and sear quickly without overcrowding the pan. Cook just until browned on the outside, then remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté briefly until aromatic. Toss in the bell pepper and broccoli, stirring constantly so they cook evenly while remaining crisp. Return the beef to the wok and pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir everything together over high heat so the sauce coats the meat and vegetables evenly. Cook just until heated through, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
